INTRODUCTION TO LAW

This semester has exposed me more to a real world, where there is black and white, yet there is no right or wrong. The 3 main title covered in Introduction to Law, which are Malaysian Law System, Contract Law and Law of Tort will certainly benefit us in future, while comparing to others who do not have the legal knowledge. We as professionals in future, shall carry out our duty by following the rules and regulations, and doing things which are lawful. What we said and written should be clear and certain to avoid misunderstanding and allow others to take granted of it. On the other hand, we shall not obmitted to exercise duty of care towards those who hire us because they rely on our expertise and skills.
I am thankful for the lecturer for her explanations and clarifications on every principle. The weekly tutorials and lectures are very fundamental as they enables me to apply them in an appropriate way. The learning of law has opened my eyes to know what are the rights we have as a Malaysian citizen and develops the ability to argue from a basis of evidence in a way which can be very hard for non-lawyers to counter, as well as advising our clients regarding contracts binding or any construction related rights and obligations.
