Construction Law is a module conducted by Mr. Wong Chong Wei, to provide a understanding in the general principles of contract law and formation of a contract and remedies in the event of breach with reference to relevant case laws and the importance of adhering to the specific procedures and notices are highlighted. The main focus of this module is to to enhance our knowledge on matters involving contractual claims and its assessment. It also covers the teaching and understanding of twelve topics which consist of :the following:
